Vitamin E moisturizes, rice starch absorbs oil and micronized powder layers without caking. The mini comes with a removable sifter and a sponge applicator.
To bake, apply a generous layer under the eyes and on the T-zone, wait 3–5 minutes and dust off. To set, dust lightly all over.
