Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We don’t ship internationally yet.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is always free. Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, and you’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. See our shipping policy.
Can I return something?
Yes — unused, unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our return & refund policy.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We only sell new, genuine products in their original, unopened packaging.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Cash App Pay, Klarna, Afterpay and Zip. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and the total — including any sales tax — is shown before you pay.
Do you charge sales tax?
Where required by law, sales tax is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@hejskin.com as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order until it has shipped; after that, our return policy applies.
My order arrived damaged or something is missing.
Sorry about that! Email support@hejskin.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund.
