Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order — no minimum spend and no extra fees at checkout.

Where we ship from

Every order ships from within the United States, so there are no customs, duties or import fees to pay on delivery.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We don’t currently ship to other countries. Please double-check your address at checkout — we can’t redirect parcels once they have shipped.

Processing and delivery times

  • Processing: orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays, and most leave us within 1 business day.
  • Delivery: orders arrive within 2–5 business days of being placed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 8 business days, or arrives damaged, email support@hejskin.com with your order number and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund.
